Daniel Baribault is an Associate Lobbyist with Levin, Paolino & Christ Government Relations, where he works to advance the interests of clients and establish relationships with stakeholders in Connecticut’s executive and legislative branches of government.

Prior to joining Levin, Paolino & Christ, Daniel served in the administration of Governor Ned Lamont, where he gained firsthand experience in Connecticut state government and the policymaking process. His experience in the executive branch and in the private consulting sector provides him with a practical understanding of government operations and the development and implementation of public policy.

Daniel earned a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Central Connecticut State University before receiving a Master of Public Policy from the University of Connecticut. His academic background in economics, political science, and public policy provides a strong analytical foundation for his work in government relations and legislative affairs.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Daniel serves on the Northwest Regional Workforce Investment Board’s Housing Committee as a member of the Regulatory Issues Action Team. In this capacity, he works alongside public, private, and nonprofit stakeholders to address regulatory challenges and support initiatives that strengthen housing availability, workforce development, and regional economic growth.

Dedicated to public service both professionally and personally, Daniel regularly volunteers at food pantries throughout central Connecticut. His commitment to effective advocacy, thoughtful policy analysis, and community engagement reflects his passion for advancing solutions that benefit Connecticut’s businesses, communities, and residents.
